How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may only be canceled or changed if they have not yet shipped.
