Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items damaged due to misuse

Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
